L\u2019Institut de chimie des milieux et mat\u00e9riaux de Poitiers \u2013 IC2MP (universit\u00e9 de Poitiers \/ CNRS) vient d\u2019\u00eatre labellis\u00e9 par la ligue nationale contre le cancer. Ce label apporte un soutien financier important \u00e0 des \u00e9quipes de recherche fondamentale en canc\u00e9rologie reconnues pour leur excellence. L\u2019IC2MP fait ainsi partie des 23 nouvelles \u00e9quipes labellis\u00e9es en France.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Les chercheurs de l’IC2MP impliqu\u00e9s dans les projets de recherche soutenus par la ligue contre le cancer d\u00e9veloppent de nouveaux outils th\u00e9ranostiques qui associent th\u00e9rapie et diagnostic dans le traitement de tumeurs solides de mauvais pronostic (cancer du poumon, du sein \u00ab triple n\u00e9gatifs \u00bb, du pancr\u00e9as\u2026). Ces m\u00e9dicaments intelligents embarquent un syst\u00e8me int\u00e9gr\u00e9 qui permet de proposer un traitement personnalis\u00e9 pour chaque patient et de suivre en temps r\u00e9el, l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du traitement gr\u00e2ce au concept de \u00ab volatolomique induite \u00bb. Il s’agit de suivre l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la th\u00e9rapie via la d\u00e9tection d\u2019une sonde volatile expuls\u00e9e dans l\u2019haleine des individus trait\u00e9s.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
