Cancer colorectal : une nouvelle th\u00e9rapie 100 % efficace d\u00e9couverte pour la premi\u00e8re fois*<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Lors du congr\u00e8s de Canc\u00e9rologie ASCO \u00e0 Chicago, le dimanche 5 juin, Dr. Luis A. Diaz Jr. a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le travail de son \u00e9quipe: essai clinique de phase II pour une nouvelle mol\u00e9cule d’immunoth\u00e9rapie. A l’origine de ces r\u00e9sultats, ils ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un essai clinique sur 12 patients atteints d’un cancer du colon. Le traitement anticanc\u00e9reux, le dostarlimab, a montr\u00e9 une efficacit\u00e9 de 100% chez ces patients puisqu’il a permis de gu\u00e9rir tous les patients atteints d\u2019une tumeur du rectum non m\u00e9tastatique, une anomalie peu commune du cancer colorectal. Aucun cas de progression ou de r\u00e9cidive n’a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9 au cours du suivi (de 6 \u00e0 25 mois). De plus, aucun traitement suppl\u00e9mentaire n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire et aucun effet secondaire n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9.<\/div>\n
Ces premiers r\u00e9sultats encourageants doivent \u00eatre \u00ab consid\u00e9r\u00e9s avec prudence jusqu’\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils puissent \u00eatre reproduits dans une population plus large et plus diversifi\u00e9e. \u00bb mais repr\u00e9sentent une avanc\u00e9e majeure pour le traitement du cancer colorectal par immunoth\u00e9rapie.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
