Aujourd’hui TIM nous pr\u00e9sente le don de sang placentaire. Il s’agit d’une pratique indolore encore peu connue en France et qui peut sauver des vies !

\u00a0Chaque ann\u00e9e en France, environ 2000 personnes atteintes de maladies graves du sang, comme les leuc\u00e9mies (cancer des cellules de la moelle osseuse), ont besoin d\u2019une greffe de cellules souches h\u00e9matopo\u00ef\u00e9tiques \u2013 issues de la moelle osseuse ou du sang de cordon – pour esp\u00e9rer gu\u00e9rir.

Faire un don de sang de cordon, c\u2019est donc donner \u00e0 un malade la possibilit\u00e9 de fabriquer un \u00ab nouveau sang \u00bb et dans certains cas, de gu\u00e9rir.<\/p>\n
