{"id":856,"date":"2018-08-30T15:35:11","date_gmt":"2018-08-30T14:35:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/therapeutic-impact.org\/?p=856"},"modified":"2018-08-30T15:37:10","modified_gmt":"2018-08-30T14:37:10","slug":"remerciement-de-monsieur-sebastien-papot","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/therapeutic-impact.org\/?p=856","title":{"rendered":"S\u00e9bastien Papot et son \u00e9quipe vous remercient!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 nombreux \u00e0 soutenir notre projet dont l\u2019objectif principal est de d\u00e9couvrir de nouveaux m\u00e9dicaments \u00ab\u00a0intelligents\u00a0\u00bb pour lutter de fa\u00e7on plus efficace contre le cancer.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un concept de ciblage th\u00e9rapeutique bas\u00e9 sur l\u2019utilisation de mol\u00e9cules capables de d\u00e9tecter et d\u00e9truire s\u00e9lectivement les cellules canc\u00e9reuses, sans affecter les tissus sains. Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9montr\u00e9 l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de cette strat\u00e9gie chez la souris dans le cadre du traitement de plusieurs tumeurs humaines (sein, pancr\u00e9as, t\u00eate et cou, colon, poumon), il \u00e9tait important de trouver les partenaires et les fonds n\u00e9cessaires afin de transf\u00e9rer cette technologie chez l\u2019homme. C\u2019est dans cette optique que nous avons fait appel \u00e0 vous.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ensemble de vos dons a permis de financer des essais compl\u00e9mentaires (toxicit\u00e9 et pharmacocin\u00e9tique) qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 essentiels pour d\u00e9clencher le processus de transfert. En effet, ces nouveaux tests ont convaincus des investisseurs que ce projet m\u00e9ritait d\u2019\u00eatre poursuivi. Ces derniers ont ainsi d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de financer le transfert de cette nouvelle mol\u00e9cule, afin qu\u2019elle puisse \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9e chez des patients atteints par un cancer. Cette phase est actuellement pilot\u00e9e par une entreprise qui a licenci\u00e9 notre brevet d\u2019invention.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet n\u2019aurait pas pu \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sans votre aide et je souhaiterais au nom de toute mon \u00e9quipe de recherche vous adresser mes plus chaleureux remerciements.<\/p>\n<p>La route est encore longue et les obstacles nombreux.
